Walk us through a typical day for you at RMS!

Every day at RMS is completely different for me. There are so many moving parts in this industry that my daily tasks are constantly changing. Alongside my coworkers, we start each day by debriefing and aligning on priorities. From there, I jump into a variety of responsibilities — whether it’s reviewing WIPs, setting up new offers in our system, communicating with licensors, or following up with vendors to ensure timelines are met. I’m often juggling multiple projects at once, which keeps things exciting and fast-paced. It’s a very collaborative environment, and I love how much cross-functional work I get to be a part of. No two days are ever the same, and that’s what makes it so rewarding.

What’s your personal "superpower" when it comes to keeping sales ops on track?

I’d say my superpower is maintaining a positive attitude and having strong relationships with my coworkers. I truly believe that when a team supports each other and communicates well, everything runs more smoothly. I’m always willing to jump in and help wherever needed, and I try to create an environment where my teammates feel comfortable doing the same. That mutual trust and collaboration helps us stay on track and tackle any challenges that come our way.

What tools are most valuable to you day-to-day, and why?

I would say paying attention to detail is one of the most valuable aspects of my day-to-day workflow. Since no two days are ever the same, I rely heavily on staying organized and checking the right platforms to stay ahead. Some of the key tools and data points I monitor consistently are my daily planner, email, NAV, and Bamboo Rose.

My daily planner helps me map out priorities and stay on top of time-sensitive tasks. Email is crucial because it's often where urgent requests or updates come in, and being responsive helps keep everything moving. NAV is where I check item setups, and make sure backend systems align with what needs to be executed. And Bamboo Rose is essential for setting up Items that Five Below chooses to have in store!

If you had to create a toy based on your personality, what would it be and why?

If I had to create a toy based on my personality, it would be a “You Got It!” button. Every time someone pressed it, it would respond with encouraging phrases like “You got this!”, “Keep going!”, or “You’re doing amazing!”—always with a fun, upbeat voice.

I’ve always loved being someone who can lift people up and bring a smile to their face. Whether it’s helping a coworker,  supporting a friend, or just bringing positive energy into the office, encouragement is a big part of who I am. I think having a toy that spreads reassurance and positivity could really go a long way for both kids and adults. Sometimes, all it takes is a little boost to turn someone's whole day around, and I’d love to be that boost in toy form.
