Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company targets and maximize revenue.
  • Support the sales manager in managing retailer partnerships across varied toy categories.
  • Foster strong working relationships with internal and external partners to ensure operational excellence.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, retail dynamics, and consumer needs.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure sales initiatives and promotional strategies are aligned.
  • Represent RMS USA at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our retail partners to enhance engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a junior sales role (preferred, but not required).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
  • Ability to prioritize and navigate a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
