Walk us through a typical day for you at RMS!
I usually get an early start to my day, catching up on emails and making sure everything is running smoothly. A big part of my role involves working closely with our customers, helping to resolve issues and strengthen overall customer relationships. Whether it’s answering questions, providing updates, or helping troubleshoot, I’m always looking for ways to improve the experience on their end.
Once emails are handled, I shift gears and collaborate with our talented studio team to conduct quality checks. This is one of my favorite parts of the day—making sure that each production sample meets our standards and includes all the correct, detailed information needed for flawless execution. It’s all about getting the details right and delivering the best possible product.
What is the most challenging part of your position and how do you overcome it?
One of the most challenging parts of my position is multitasking. In a rapidly growing business, there’s always a lot happening at once, and priorities can shift quickly. With so much in motion, I rely on solid organization, quick decision-making, and clear communication to stay on top of things and keep the customer experience strong.
What’s one small detail in toy artwork that most people don’t notice, but makes a big difference?
Special packaging treatments like shiny foil might seem like a small touch, but they make a huge impact. When used intentionally, they can completely elevate the look and feel of the packaging.
If you had to create a toy based on your personality, what would it be and why?
I’d be a stuffed dragon with glittery eyes because I love the magic and creativity that the toy world brings (plus, dragons are cool!).
